TEADROPS 3

Some times my father tell me that, when he was young, in Pisa, following an universitary course, in the refectory, he used to drink milk at every meal.
He and other people.
I couldn't.
Only to think a similar thing I feel ill!
As soon as I was able to do it, I stopped to drink it.
Oh, don't worry for me about calcium!
I eat more than enough of cheese, butter & co.
And what about tea?
Well, English people use to put milk in the tea...
I tasted it in a tea-room in Rottingdean (if my memory doesn't fail! Anyway it was near Brighton).
There are photos to prove this.
It was the first and the last time!
I'm sorry, but I prefer warm, clear, fragrant (even if spiced) simple tea!
;DDD

TEADROPS 2

" Sit and drink pennyroyal tea
Distil the life that's inside of me... "

[Nirvana - Pennyroyal tea]

Nirvana take tea too!
And I drink it with them 'Unplugged in New York'.
Because I like tea without sugar, milk, lemon or whatother else.
Flavoured, not dressed!
It's the same for Kurt Cobain!
I mean... in this performance his voice is a hoarse, clear, pleasant whisper, and even his images in the cover show no really sad expressions.
So, for the first time in my life, I have smiled at him. :)

TEADROPS 1

"I don't drink coffee I take tea my dear
I like my toast done on the side
And you can hear it in my accent when I talk
I'm an Englishman in New York..."

[Sting - Englishman in New York]

When I think about a song in which there is the word 'tea', it occurs to me.
It's an old song, and I remember the words because someone gave them to me: a b/w copy of the inside cover of the LP.
I can't call to mind who was this one! ;)))
A boy, a girl? who knows!
A fact is that, before 'The dream of the blue turtle', I hated Sting and The Police.
I hated them because, when I was thirteen years old, all of my class-mates (we were a all-girls class) loved them! :PPP
Then, someone, I can't say who and why, perhaps my cousin for my 18th birthday, presented me this LP and I started to listen to it.
It was pleasant, and Sting was without 'The Police', so it ended I learned it by heart.
After this, I started to follow Sting's career, but not as a true fan: something of this man was -it is still now!- out of my world, and, a part of a CD in which there is collected his best, 'The dream of the blue turtle' and a cassette of 'Nothing like the sun' are the only part of his works I own.
Anyway, he is English, he dinks tea... so, when you have your coffee break, swich on the radio and listen: there will be 'Englishman in new york'! ;DDD

COFFEE BREAK

Oh..., coffee!
The worst flavour I could imagine my tongue to taste!
Coffee smell is able to make me sick! ;PPP
Especially in the morning, early morning, when my stomach is empty!
Later, things don't change too much!
But it's right this way! I'm a tea-woman! ;DDD
For me nothing it's better than tea! Nothing!
(I love chocolate, but not to drink it!)
(Ah, well... alchool is another issue! ;))) )
So it has been strange to know, today, I'm a member of 321pausacaffe! ;DDD
321pausacaffe. What's 321pausacaffe???
My friends, a group of coffee addicted girls, have given birth to it, and now, all of us have to bring up it!
As a baby! :OOO
(Did you think about what were you doing, reckless women???)
Anyway... it's gone, now!
And I must admitt there is a way i like coffee: when beans are covered with chocolate! (slurp! ;9 )
So, my coffee break is going to be chewed...

PS: my name is 'no coffee', so I write in english! Enjoy it!
